If you’re intrigued by the idea of a cedar hot tub, but can’t rationalize the cost, maybe you’re interested in buying an almost-new cedar hot tub.
Occasionally, we have an instance where a hot tub was used for a short period of time before becoming available for sale again. With virtually brand new equipment (still under warranty), and almost new-cedar staves, seats and floor, these hot tubs have a long life ahead, just not in their current locations, with the existing customers.
To offer just a couple of examples of how a recently-purchased hot tub becomes available for resale, consider the following:
a customer with an urban-sized yard, part of which has been taken over by a swimming pool, is adding a substantial addition to their home, leaving the available yard space too little to comfortably house the existing hot tub.
a customer who has purchased a smaller hot tub, before recognizing that their actual needs demand a larger hot tub (4 ft staves fit the customers’ larger frame than existing 3 ft staves).
This choice (to consider a gently-used cedar hot tub), while saving the next owner some money, also adds the benefit of ensuring that your decision is keeping a functional appliance out of the local landfills. It’s an extra-green choice, which is very much appreciated from our end.
Also, a Bed & Breakfast property owner can transform their listing from average to a standout, in one step. A gently-used hot tub, while providing all of the tangible, measurable benefits to any listing, doesn’t punish the new owner for being slightly used or faded. Renters will reward the listing that offers such a unique feature as a cedar hot tub, whether it’s slightly faded or not. Taking advantage of the lower price only helps recover your investment sooner, which is an additional benefit. It’s a no-brainer!!
We’ll work with you to ensure that the hot tub is delivered, installed, connected and filled with NO issues. We’ll do our best to keep these costs as responsible as possible, all with the aim of being part of this green solution, one which gives these hot tubs a new lease on life.
At the moment, we have a 6 ft by 3 ft hot electric hot tub (with 2 jets, making it a “quiet” hot tub with new equipment), which would be sold with our standard warranty intact.
Also, we’ve got a 7 ft by 4 ft electric hot tub (with one-year old equipment and 6 jets) available to the right home. Warranty considerations can be discussed with interested parties.
Finally, we’ve got a 7 ft by 3ft hot tub, with 4 jets and a one-year old controller, pump and filter, all of which would be sold with an extended warranty.
